Perugino has two spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and period furniture.  It is perfect for a group of people who would prefer their own room and privacy but at the same time are able to spend time together in this spacious, airy apartment. Situated on the ground floor of the farmhouse, this apartment was once used as a stable. It is very sunny as it faces south and shares views of the garden and surrounding fields. The living room makes for a comfortable area to relax in, with an L-shaped sofa, coffee table and television. The kitchen is fully-equipped (including kettle, coffee maker and oven) with a large country style dining table. The bathroom has a large shower with the washbasin in a separate room to make sharing easier. The walls are adorned with the owner’s artworks including screenprints, water colours and pencil. The ceiling has exposed original timber beams and terracotta tiles. The main entrance is covered by a portico and hides a perfect, protected terrace from which our guests can relax and soak up the sun in the colder months. The back door leads into a private shady garden which has a table and chairs, perfect for dining 'al fresco'.
