Perugino is a spacious 2 bedroom apartment located on the ground floor of the main villa. Perugino has two spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and period furniture. It is perfect for a group of people who would prefer their own room and privacy but at the same time are able to spend time together in this spacious, airy apartment. Situated on the ground floor of the farmhouse, this apartment was once used as a stable. It is sunny as it faces south and shares views of the garden and surrounding fields. The living room makes for a comfortable area to relax in, complete with two armchairs, a sofa, coffee table and television. The kitchen is fully-equipped (including kettle, coffee maker and oven) with a large country style dining table. The bathroom has a large shower with the washbasin in a separate room to make sharing easier. The walls are adorned with the owner's artworks. The original timber beams are exposed and the floor is covered with terracotta tiles. The front entrance is covered by a portico which hides a protected terrace from which our guests can relax and soak up the sun in the cooler months. The back door leads to a cool, shady garden which has outdoor furniture, perfect for dining "al fresco".

The wood-burning fireplace gives this apartment a cosy, intimate warmth in the colder months. There is a bathroom with shower, and two country style bedrooms, one of which has double patio doors opening up to a view of the swimming pool area.
